ventilation, air filtration and was designed to international codes.  It is located inside Tijuana's General Hospital.  This is a low income hospital whose children suffering from cancer were dying because of lack of medication and proper medical equipment.  Since their immune system is extremely low, and there is no way to isolate the children, they were placed in the general pediatric area where they catch infections and diseases from other sick children.
